Do you have dry cracked heels? This can be a vitamin deficiency like Vitamin E, Vitamin A, Zinc or Omega 3. I can check your feet and help support them with coconut oil and cotton or wool socks at night.
Do you have foot pain in the morning? This could be plantar fasciitis. Stretching with a tennis ball and massage with coconut oil and peppermint. I have these items and more in the studio!
